Step-by-step guide
Submit a written application to the clinic where you want treatment. No explanation for the change is required.
Bring with you:
1. Compulsory medical insurance policy.
2. Passport.
What comes next?
Within a few days you will be registered with another medical institution. You do not need to collect your medical record: it will be transferred without your involvement.
Registration with a new clinic may be refused if it is over capacity. You must then be given a written refusal decision.

If you register at a clinic away from your home, a doctor will still visit when called, but you may need to contact the nearest medical institution.
