A document has already been adopted and entered into force in Russia reducing teachers’ bureaucratic workload. They must provide only five documents instead of 49 and need not complete the remaining paperwork.
The new law proposes extending this rule to teachers at universities and secondary vocational institutions.
The changes will both reduce teachers’ workload and improve education quality, leaving more time for direct work with students.
