- Maternity capital will rise by 9.5%, with a maximum amount of RUB 912,000. Meeting all social obligations and supporting families with children are state priorities.
- By presidential decision, indexation of social payments and insurance pensions will also reach 9.5%. This provision will apply retroactively from 1 January.
- Further changes improving migration policy take effect:
- A law establishing an expulsion regime for irregular migrants will take effect. Those who do not comply with Russian law or have lost the right to stay legally should not remain in our country. This measure aims to improve security.
- Administrative liability is introduced for breaching entry or exit rules, or providing a migrant on the controlled-persons register with services they are prohibited from receiving.
