State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin stated this at the plenary meeting.
"Every child uses a device. We should do everything possible for its content to encourage goodness and strengthen moral qualities, rather than the opposite," the State Duma chairman stressed.
He noted that aggressive influence on minors “also comes from unfriendly countries: they try to impose their ideology and destroy our moral values.”
He said much depends on how effectively deputies work with the Government, regions, parents and schools to ensure children are healthy, internally strong and grow into true citizens of our country.
