Maternity capital amount in 2023:
1) If the first child was born or adopted in 2020 or later, maternity capital is 586,946.72 rubles, plus 188,681.53 upon the second child’s birth.
2) If the family has two children born or adopted between 2007 and 2019: 586,946.72 rubles.
3) For families whose second child was born from 2020, and whose third or subsequent child was born from 2020 if they had no earlier entitlement, maternity capital will be RUB 775,628.25.
How indexation works:
Maternity capital is indexed in February according to actual inflation. Any unused balance is also indexed.
