Russia will ban the sale to minors of non-alcoholic tonic drinks, including energy drinks. Previously, these measures applied only in some regions. Russian regions will be able to restrict sale times and locations. Selling potentially dangerous gas-containing products to children is also prohibited, including lighter refill canisters that children may use for substance abuse.
Maternity capital for building private homes using escrow accounts
Individual residential houses may be built under construction contracts using escrow accounts. These are special bank accounts holding the client’s money until construction is completed. Maternity capital may also be used to build a house through the escrow mechanism.
