On 12 June, our country celebrates one of its most important national holidays, Russia Day. It marks the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty signed in 1990. Over the years, the celebration has evolved and become increasingly popular and significant for Russians. Russia Day symbolises unity, patriotism and pride in one's homeland.
