- Maternity capital and several other social payments will be indexed from this month.
‘Maternity capital will be 630,400 rubles for the second child. More than 40 other benefits and compensation payments will also increase by 7.4%. Fully meeting all social obligations is a state priority. The necessary funds are provided in the federal budget,’ State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin noted.
- Debt collection by microfinance organisations and banks will be subject to state oversight.
