From 1 January 2024, regional family capital will increase in the Novosibirsk Region. It is paid upon the birth or adoption of a third child.
The certificate will be indexed in the new year. The amount will be 146,700 rubles, the regional government’s press office said.
‘Across the region, around 53,000 families have received this support measure,’ the authorities stated.
Around 27,000 recipients used the money to improve housing, with car purchases in second place. Funds can also pay for children’s education, social inclusion of a child with disabilities, funded pension savings, a computer or agricultural equipment.
