Women in Novosibirsk needing childcare help may use maternity capital for nanny services, the regional Social Fund press office reported.
Maternity capital may be used for these purposes immediately after the certificate is issued, the press office added.
Parents may use maternity capital to pay for a nanny for any child in the family or several children at once. In the latter case, a separate application is required for each child. The nanny must be registered as an individual entrepreneur and hold a licence to provide educational services.
