On 21 January 2025, N. A. Vysotskaya took part in a round table Current Issues in Forensic Psychological and Psychiatric Examinations in Fraud Cases. The round table was organised by Moscow State University Faculty of Law The Department of Criminalistics, and International Association of Experts in Psychology and Law (IAEPL).
Speakers and participants discussed the following issues:
— new expert assessment tasks and solutions in criminal fraud cases;
— current problems in expert decisions in civil cases involving disposal of property;
— the limits of competence of forensic experts and independent specialists when conducting examinations or assessments;
Issues in legally resolving disputed transactions entered into under deception, violence, threats or adverse circumstances.
